Michelle Augustine is the founder and leader of Augustine & Associates Consulting, a multidisciplinary advisory practice focused on Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Wellness. With extensive experience spanning strategic facilitation, HR management, education, labour relations advisory, skills development, and wellness management, she brings a practical, people-centered approach to strengthening organisational performance.
Under Michelle’s leadership, Augustine & Associates Consulting partners with organisations to design clear strategies, build compliant and effective HR systems, and promote healthier, more resilient workplace cultures. Her work is grounded in professionalism, ethical practice, and a commitment to measurable impact.
